parameters you are looking for in an aircraft. Advice and guidance are
provided to help you understand the impacts of your selection what you
should expect to pay for a particular aircraft. |

Search:
Multiple searches
are made using a variety of sources to find one or more aircraft to pursue.

Title
Searches:
It is important to ensure you know who owns the aircraft, if there are any
liens against it or if there are any clouds on the title. A title search
and copies of all 337s on record help to answer these questions.

Site
Visits:
Before any site visit is made to verify ANY aircraft, consultations
are held with the client to obtain agreement and approval. Any
discrepancies found during the preliminary inspection are promptly
identified before proceeding to the next steps and recommending that the
customer visit and fly the aircraft. |

Purchase
Agreement Negotiations:
A purchase of this size should have a written agreement outlining the
responsibilities of the seller and the buyer. As the Buyer's Agent,

ensures that the customer's interests are properly represented and
negotiated. |

will help find a qualified A&P or IA mechanic to provide a comprehensive
